Agreement to Terms

SellerVault is an inventory management and analytics platform for Amazon sellers. By accessing or using SellerVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Service Description

SellerVault provides inventory tracking, profitability analysis (including advertising costs), restock recommendations, sales analytics, and advertising performance monitoring for Amazon sellers.

Your Account

To use SellerVault, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
• You will provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are required to maintain passwords that meet our security requirements as described in our Privacy Policy
• You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Connecting Amazon

When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account:

• You authorize SellerVault to access your seller data via Amazon's SP-API
• You confirm that you have the authority to grant this access (as the account owner or an authorized representative)
• Your data will be stored and processed as described in our Privacy Policy
• You may revoke access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central settings

Amazon Advertising Integration

When you connect your Amazon Advertising account:

• You authorize SellerVault to access your advertising data through the Amazon Advertising API
• You confirm you have the authority to grant this access (account owner or authorized user)
• You agree to comply with Amazon's Advertising API Terms and Conditions
• You understand that advertising data will be used to calculate true profitability and provide analytics
• You can revoke access at any time through your Amazon Advertising console

Use of Your Advertising Data

Your advertising data is used solely to:

• Display campaign performance metrics within SellerVault
• Calculate true product profitability by factoring in advertising costs
• Provide analytics and insights to help optimize your ad spend
• Generate combined reports of sales and advertising performance

Advertising Data Restrictions

• We do not share your advertising data with third parties for their marketing purposes
• We do not use your data to compete with your business
• We do not sell your advertising performance data
• We do not modify your campaigns or bids without your explicit action

Important:SellerVault uses the Amazon Advertising API in compliance with Amazon's API License Agreement. By connecting your advertising account, you acknowledge that your use of this integration is subject to Amazon's terms and policies.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. We may update pricing from time to time, but will provide at least 30 days' notice before any changes to your subscription rate take effect.

Free Trial

Paid features are available for a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Billing

Paid plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 30 days of your payment for a full refund.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape data or automate access without prior written authorization
• Resell or redistribute access to the service
• Violate Amazon's terms of service, including SP-API or Advertising API terms
• Use advertising data to unfairly compete with other sellers
• Share or distribute advertising performance data outside your organization

Acceptable Use: Users agree not to use SellerVault to violate any third-party terms of service, including Amazon's Seller Central Terms of Service, Amazon SP-API Terms, and Amazon Advertising API Terms. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.

SellerVault is intended solely for legitimate Amazon business operations.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Data Accuracy

SellerVault strives to display accurate data, but all information is sourced from Amazon's APIs (SP-API and Advertising API) and may be subject to delays or discrepancies. Advertising metrics in particular can take 24-48 hours to finalize. We recommend verifying important business decisions independently. We cannot guarantee that data is accurate or complete at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SellerVault's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to SellerVault in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. SellerVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

"As Is" Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are continuously working to improve the platform and maintain high availability.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• Your data will be retained for 30 days (grace period) and then permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
